Fall Weekly Sculpt & Create (8+)

Class Description

By popular demand...a class just for sculptors! Our young artists can't get enough of creating in 3D, so we're dedicating six weeks to all things sculpting. We'll squish, roll, build, shape, and imagine our way through an exciting variety of materials, including paper mâché, air-dry clay, found objects, mixed media, and whatever fun inspiration comes our way. If you can dream it, we'll find a way to build it! This hands-on series is perfect for creative kids who love to explore, experiment, and get a little messy while making amazing works of art. Every project is designed to build on the skills and techniques learned the week before, so we encourage artists to attend each class whenever possible. This 6 week class series is on Wednesdays from 4:30-5:30 pm, starting 9/9-10/14. Life happens, though! We'll have **two designated makeup days** available during the session if your artist needs to miss a class. Please wear **play clothes**—great art is rarely made without a little mess!
