Hippity Hop Arts Studio Policy

Cancellation and Release of Liability

By registering your child up for Hippity Hop Arts class you agree to the RELEASE of LIABILITY and CANCELLATION POLICY.

Cancellation Policy

​

Our classes and one-day camps are NON-REFUNDABLE. Any cancellation requests made 48 hours before the scheduled class, will received a FULL CREDIT towards upcoming classes/events. Any cancellation requested received less than 48 hours before the scheduled class or missed class/no show, NO CREDIT will be provided. NO EXCEPTIONS!

 

Our 3-Day and 5-Day camps are NON-REFUNDABLE. In order to receive a FULL CREDIT, we require at least a 30 day notification prior to the camp start date.  If you need to cancel less 30 days but more than 14 days before the camp start day, 50%  CREDIT will be issued.  NO CREDIT will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days before the camp start date. NO EXCEPTIONS!

In the event that Hippity Hop Arts cancels a class/event, you have the right choose between a FULL refund or RESCHEDULING for any upcoming class/event of equal value.

Release of Liability
​

PARENT’S AUTHORIZATION & WAIVER:

I give permission to Hippity Hop Arts to use photos taken of my child at the studio as well as photos of my child’s artwork to be used for local news and marketing. I also give permission to Hippity Hop Arts to use photos taken of my child and my child’s artwork to be used for marketing on social media, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.

ABILITY TO ENGAGE IN ART ACTIVITIES AND ASSUMPTION OF THE RISK:

Hippity Hop Arts takes all possible precautions to reduce risk and provide safe, healthy and enjoyable experiences. I warrant that my child is able to follow directions for all activities in the studio/class. I acknowledge that risks from participation in class activities exist and that I have allowed my child to attend art class knowing these risks and their possible consequences including personal injury.

WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY:

As a parent or guardian of my child, I agree that I will not hold Hippity Hop Arts liable for any personal injury, property damage or loss of insurance. I agree to release and hold harmless Hippity Hop Arts and owner, Julie Beck, and Roman Scheiter, Property Owner, from all liability incurred as a result of my child’s participation in studio class and that these terms serve as a release for me, volunteers, property owners and members of my family.
